All 6Boost manifolds are individually hand made. They are specifically designed for your application and built around unique "merge collector" design. This means no pipes cross each other and the merge collector directs all gases at the turbine entry.
By using the 6Boost design we have seen turbo spool times reduced up to 400rpm, BHP and torque gains of up to 15% have been achieved and peak power held for an extra 600rpm! These figures have been proven time and time again in back to back dyno testing.
6Boost manifolds are made from thick wall mandrel bent steam pipe, sand blasted inside and out for a smooth and even finish and then coated in high temperature exhaust enamel that is proven to withstand extremely high levels of heat.

All manifolds come complete with new head to manifold studs, nuts and high quality manifold to turbo gasket included in the price. We also supply new multi layer steel metal head to manifold gaskets.
6Boost high performance race manifolds are available in a wide range of flange patterns including T3 open entry, T3 twin scroll, T4 open, T4 twin scroll, Greddy 3 bolt and HKS T51R V-band. All manifolds are available with single or twin wastegate ports in a size of your choice
